While we strive for high-quality outcomes, Automate Elite does not guarantee specific revenue, traffic, or lead-volume results. Performance depends on multiple factors outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate data, maintaining platform access credentials, and complying with applicable laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when using any Automate Elite-built automation or SMS campaigns.

5. Payment & Refunds

Unless stated otherwise in writing, all payments are due upfront and are non-refundable once the project begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All workflows, scripts, training materials, and automations created by Automate Elite remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred by written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Automate Elite LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Services. Total liability will not exceed fees paid for the specific service.

8. Text Messaging Compliance

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated and/or manual texts from Automate Elite. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time.
